Are you receiving this error: This is not a valid address to register for GovTEAMS
If you receive this error when attempting to register, ensure your email has been entered correctly and is a valid federal Government address.
Already have a GovTEAMS account? Don't set up another one.
You may also get the above error if you have previously registered for GovTEAMS OFFICIAL or GovTEAMS PROTECTED. If you think you may have registered previously but aren’t sure, check your inbox, junk and spam folders for an email from GovTEAMS. This email will contain your user name, copy this and log in. Use the self-service password reset process if you can’t remember your password.
Note: if you can't find the email from GovTEAMS, check with your IT area, your email may be trapped in a spam filter.
Guest users
In order to register as a guest user, you must be invited by a GovTEAMS OFFICIAL community owner. You will receive an invitation email with a unique link. You must register via this link. You will not be able to register via the GovTEAMS website.
Unable to enter your information or buttons are greyed out?
There may be specific settings in different internet browsers that may impact the functionality of GovTEAMS. If you are experiencing difficulties entering information or progressing through the registration steps, please try a different internet browser. We recommend using recent versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
