Security Incidents

If your account has been compromised or if you've seen sensitive material (anything classified at Protected or above) uploaded to GovTEAMS, please use the report security incident form.

Inappropriate Conduct

If you’ve seen inappropriate conduct through the GovTEAMS platform (for example, harassment of other users), the following steps should be taken:

  1. Follow your Agency’s relevant HR policy.
  2. Notify the owners of the community where inappropriate conduct occurred.
  3. Complete the contact us form below to notify the Department of Finance.

Have you received an email about Audio Conferencing?

If so, your GovTEAMS account has now been enabled with this exciting new feature. By February 2021, all GovTEAMS members will have access to audio conferencing which allows participants to join the meeting even if they don’t have access to Microsoft Teams. You and your meeting participants can dial-in by telephone – you don’t even need an internet connection. When audio conferencing is enabled, all your recurring and future meetings will be resent to attendees to include the audio conferencing details. This will allow you to start using the new feature immediately without the need to modify your existing meetings. If you want more information please have a look at our audio conferencing guide
