Inappropriate Conduct

If you’ve seen inappropriate conduct through the GovTEAMS platform (for example, harassment of other users), the following steps should be taken:

  • Follow your Agency’s relevant HR policy.
  • Notify the owners of the community where inappropriate conduct occurred.
  • Complete the contact us form below to notify the Department of Finance.

Use the report security incident form If you’ve lost the device you used for additional security verification, your account has been comprised or if you’ve seen sensitive material uploaded.

Some users have received emails advising them that their GovTEAMS communities have been closed. This is due to an error in the system.  Your communities have not been removed and should be accessible.
