If you are a community owner you can invite anyone to your community (as long as they have a Baseline security clearance), including your external partners, even if they're not already registered. External stakeholders can join as an External Member with limited access (cannot create communities or invite others). For more information on the different membership types please visit our Memberships page.

No, only Full Access Members can invite others to join GovTEAMS PROTECTED.

I work in a secure location and can't have a mobile device with me, how do I set up MFA?

If you work in a secure location, you can use a desk phone call as your multi-factor authentication option.

My account has a status of ‘Pending License”.

Most agencies want to review GovTEAMS PROTECTED registration requests for their staff prior to granting a license. If your account has a status of Pending License, it means that it is awaiting an Organisation Administrator from your agency to allocate a license.  You will need to contact your Organisation Administrators for further information. You can see they who are by selecting your name on your GovTEAMS PROTECTED Dashboard
