Changes to Creately access in GovTEAMS

Following an internal review, the Creately integration will be removed from GovTEAMS on 30 June 2026. This decision was made as part of a broader assessment of service offerings, governance requirements, and user demand. It is not a reflection of the quality or capability of the Creately product.

What is changing?

• Creately will no longer be available within GovTEAMS after 30 June 2026
• Single sign on access via GovTEAMS will be disabled
• Users will no longer be able to access Creately through the GovTEAMS platform

What happens to my existing work?

• Your existing Creately diagrams and content will remain stored within your Creately account and will not be deleted  
• Your account will be moved to a free Creately plan
• To continue accessing your content, you will need to create a password directly with Creately after 30 June 2026

What do I need to do?

Before 30 June 2026, you should:

• Review your Creately content
• Download or export any files you wish to retain outside the platform
• Ensure you are aware of any critical diagrams used in your workflows

After 30 June 2026:

• Set a password for your Creately account to regain access
• Access Creately directly outside of GovTEAMS
• Upgrade individually if you require premium features
