To reset your password:

  1. Click on login at the top right-hand side of the screen.
  2. Enter your GovTEAMS username. If you have more than one Office 365 account, click
    pick an account to select your account.
  3. Click on Forgot my password.
  4. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you’re a Guest that has registered with an email address that belongs to an existing Microsoft account, only your account provider can assist with password resets.

For personal accounts, contact Microsoft. For work accounts, contact your internal IT area.
