Are you experiencing browser issues?

This page includes some common issues and solutions with browser issues using GovTEAMS. 

Browser issues after log in 

Your browser may be at fault if: 

  • You log in and your screen remains on loading communities, or redirecting you to azure. 

  • If your communities/dashboard don't load after 5-10 mins. 

Your browser may be outdated or unsupported. Please note that this varies from user to user. If your colleague or team member isn't having an issue, you still might.

If the cancel and verify button are greyed out, this could be due to your browser. Try using another browser to see if this resolves the issue.
